Project Engineer (Based in Batu Kawan)

• Oversee all engineering and technical aspects of our projects to assure the highest level of accuracy and quality. • Develop and manage all engineering documentation which include drawings, Bill of material, part quality control table etc. • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor all assigned projects • Monitor compliance in all areas • Communicate effectively during daily interactions with the clients and users to interpret their needs and requirements oversee all engineering and technical aspects of our projects to assure the highest level of accuracy and quality. • Maintain quality control in every area (part quality, budget, scheduling, planning, personnel performance, team dynamics) • Clearly report on project status • Delegate effectively to team; mentor team members • Communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants in order to provide needed assistance and technical support • Reviewing engineering deliverables; initiate appropriate corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle Requirement: • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Quality, Industrial, Manufacturing of Engineering or related field. • Well-working experience in manufacturing at least 2-5 years, preferably in Automotive Industry. • Familiar with 5 core tools and 7 QC Tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Required Skill(s): Good Attitude, Responsible, Self-Initiative, High curiosity and learning capacity, Ms Office, well-versed in internet sourcing and multi-lingual communication.
