Job description CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR DEPARTMENT: WAREHOUSE JOB LOCATION: BATU KAWAN Key Responsibilities: -Managing inbound & outbound specifically in custom clearance for form K1,K2,K8 -Acknowledge mails from Customers -Plan & execute Warehouse operation -Ensure incoming & outgoing activities run smoothly & generate more productivity -Plan daily task relate to individual customers & fulfil their requirements -To ensure 100% accuracy in recording incoming & outgoing cargoes -To maintain good relationship with customer whenever customer need assistance & support -To ensure WMS properly update & maintain -To issue sales order, delivery order & invoice for customers -Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time. Requirements: -Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in related field -At least 1 year of working experiences in the related field is required for this positioN -Computer literate -Required Language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia -Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
