IT CUM MAINTENANCE

Information Technology: a. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices. b. Monitor network performance, ensuring security and reliability. c. Manage IT inventory, including procurement and asset tracking. d. Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures. e. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect organizational data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities. f. Assist in planning and executing IT projects, upgrades, and installations. g. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Maintenance: a. Oversee the maintenance and repair of building facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and compliant environment for all employees and operations. b. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facilities to ensure safety and functionality. c. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to proactively address potential issues with facilities and production systems. d. Coordinate and supervise repair work, both internally and with external contractors, ensuring timely and quality execution of maintenance tasks. e. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. f. Assist in setting up and maintaining office layouts, equipment and CCTV management
