Marketing Manager

1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target. 2. Conduct relevant research and trend analysis in order to ensure the projects market competitiveness, best pricing strategies, appropriate marketing & sales strategies and formulation of new & effective marketing plans. 3. Formulation and conducting pricing strategies. 4. To work closely with internal/external project consultants on the design development. 5. Compile and update relevant reports related to sales, budgeting and targets on regular basis. 6. Responsible for the development of marketing & promotional materials in line with individual project’s marketing plan and activities. 7. Recruit, train, coach, motivate and manage sales team to achieve and exceed targets. 8. To work closely with agents, bankers, etc to make sure smooth sales procedure. 9. Ensure smooth operation of sales gallery & sales office. 10. To attend and assist agents/customer enquiries on property information, loan application and end-financiers 11. Perform any other duties & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
