QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

1) Study about the introduction of new quality control methods used in Japanese factories to Malaysia factory. 2) Establish new method for receiving and quality inspection of major raw materials . 3) Utilize his practical experience in Japan and introduce further improved methods locally. 4) Learn about the factory work flow from receiving order to delivery. 5) Learn the manufacturing process and packing process at the production site 6) Learn about sample making methods to submit to customers. 7) In charge of special sample preparation which requires special skills and experiences such as new texture paint and multi paint 8) Learn hue confirmation and adjustment method in quality management wok, viscosity evaluation,acceptance inspection method of raw materials. 9) Learn about cost reduction,improvement,and new product development method for existing prodcuts. 10) Investigate new raw materials and investigate new technologies 11) To support the implementation of ISO 14001:2015 based on experience in Japanese factories.
