1. Maintain and Support IT Infrastructure:

-Administer and manage Windows and Linux servers and ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

-Monitor, configure, and manage firewalls to protect the network and systems.

-Manage cloud environments to ensure seamless operation and scalability.

2. Security and Compliance:

- Implement security best practices and regularly update systems to mitigate vulnerabilities.

- Perform firmware and related patches periodically. Patch Management – ensure all security patches and version upgrades (including certificate renewal) are applied timely according to the CVE priority.

- Ensure Infra and software health check (HSM, Network appliances and cloud servers, OS, certificate etc ) are carried out according to the SLA.

3. Collaboration and Support:

- Work closely with the development and operations teams to support infrastructure needs and resolve technical issues.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.

- Collaborate with the security team to address vulnerabilities and improve security posture.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, changes.

5. Client Support Responsibilities

- To support multiple clients at a time.

- To work on non- business hours in case of an emergency or urgent issue raised by clients.

- To ensure and have priority on system up-time.

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in Windows and Linux systems, firewall management, and cloud environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
