  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

• Planning of delivery / collection and follow up until the delivery/ collection job completed • Planning ahead the delivery/collection planning • Monitor GPS tracking and idling -reporting to manager • Guide and monitor to operations staff do ensure operation run smoothly • To Monitor drivers movement via GPS/phone calls • Prepare working schedule for driver and operation staff - Roster • Planner is required to prepare CDA after working hours of the CDA staff also during Night Shift. • Monitor to ensure CDA's are prepared correctly with correct containers size, booking number, Type, K1 and complete with relevant documents • Resolve operational problems that are beyond operations assistants’ scope • Monitor to ensure deliveries/collection updates correctly in Sovy system • Keep up to date in customer WhatsApp group/email until the job completed • Monitoring outsourced haulage and prepare report that how many units collect/delivery –reporting by daily basis • Resolve any issues that arise with port system /booking, send email & WhatsApp group • Monitor all PM checklist and make sure all the checklist are given and do file it on Daily basis • Monitoring vessel closing time / VGM/ Last day detention • Attend to emails from customers • Coordinate overall haulage activities and discuss with drivers • If any case is urgently needed or required by the management planner should pint the CDA and reply to the customers email • Verity operation staff over time (OT)- Reporting to manager daily based • To make sure any detents trailer no roadtax, no puspakom - not taken by driver, must control intake of trailers • Perform other relevant job and task as instructed by Management from time to time
