Business Description Marketing Plans: Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s position as a B2B company distributing agricultural machinery to palm oil plantations Brand Positioning: Define and maintain the brand's position within the competitive landscape, ensuring differentiation from competitors and consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to content marketing, email marketing, website updates, and search engine optimization (“SEO”) strategies. Performance Monitoring: Analyse campaign performance, heavy machinery market trends, and palm oil plantation and consumption data to optimize future marketing strategies. Report Generation: Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, market conditions, and competitive activity Product Launches: Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for new product launches, coordinating with other departments such as sales, finance, and logistics. On-Ground Events: Roadshows, Fairs and Exhibitions. Plan booths and decide on customer approach strategy. Team Supervision: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a creative and results-driven environment. Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. A minimum of 5 years working experience in Marketing Preferred proven track record of successfully managing campaign funds and ad spending. Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
