HR Job Description Managing Full Spectrum of HR related matters Managing employee benefits utilization such as overtime, salary, allowances, leaves, time-off & medical benefits as per Employee Handbook Managing employee daily attendance, Training related matter, hostel matter & update internal Human Resource databases Ensure all relevant daily HR operation are in compliance with company rules & regulation as well as government requirements Lead and handle ad hoc HR projects and work assignments Handle daily operations in labor relations functions (eg. Process new application, renew, cancellation of foreign worker application) Handle Expatriate ESD and Immigration matter, including liaise with Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) and apply Job Clearing System (JCS) for new foreign workers quotas application CIDB pass / Safety permit application and renewal Prepare documentation, data, report or any other administration matters, and any other job assigned by Director Responsible for maintaining filing system for department’s reference (eg. update company phone directories from time to time) Check with governmental bodies such as EPF, SOCSO and others for clarification on regulations and procedures Manage employee relation issue in a confidential manner, including disciplinary and grievances Responsible for HR recruitment process of employees, including job posting, review and shortlist candidates for interviews, arrangement and reference checks to assess candidates Preparation of general HR matters such as Letters of Confirmation, Letters of Transfer, Appraisal of Confirmation, etc Able to work independently under minimum supervision Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Company Admin Job Description Responsible for company functions, events, festivals or celebration activities Updating and maintaining procedural documentation, Filing & Data Entry duty Processing expense requests for the superior to approve and In-charge of monthly claim payments Established and maintained strong relationships with suppliers and forwarders, arranging air and sea shipments as per organizational requirements Prepare and handle Import / Export shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations Proficiently identified HS codes and managed documentation for Malaysia Customs Classification Department compliance Monitored shipments closely, ensuring timely communication with customers regarding vessel arrival times to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes Communicated with Malaysia Customs, providing support during import / export shipments inspections and classification processes Orchestrated export shipment schedules by collaborating with production teams and customers, optimizing logistics efficiency Familiar of MIDA process and Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse process Experience in using Autocount System and Infotech will be an added advantage Administration and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Company
