Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Promote and upsell additional products and services to customers. Stay informed about promotions, sales events, and new product releases to effectively communicate these to customers. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Process transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Prepare and submit daily sales reports as required. Assist with scheduling and staffing as needed.
