High Pressure Die Casting Specialist

1.Responsible to coordinate all activities related to process control and continuous improvement for the entire manufacturing process from melt through cast operations; specify the type and quantity of machine required for each operation, required tooling, fixtures, and gauges. Ensure proper planning and scheduling of resources to meet production demands. 2.Perform in-depth analysis within the actual manufacturing process to identify areas for continuous improvement in terms of quality, productivity, and cost. Collaborate with engineering teams to aid in the design of specialized tools and manage engineering changes for production parts, ensuring they meet operational and safety standards. 3.Engage in the initial phases of engineering to determine the complete machine and tooling requirements for complex operations on production parts and assemblies. Work closely with design and production teams to develop optimal solutions. 4.Support all aspects of Aluminum Die Casting from melting through final machining. Utilize statistical methods to optimize casting process parameters to improve Net Casting Rate, reduce defects, and enhance product quality. Provide hands-on training to local staff to ensure precise handling and operation of die casting machinery. 5.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement best practices in line with industry standards to maintain operational excellence and workplace safety. 6.Lead continuous improvement projects, driving innovation in casting techniques and working across departments such as quality control, production, and supply chain to achieve company objectives. 7.Minimum of 6 years relevant experience is required.
