Responsible for but not limited to, working closely in a supervisory role with staff members, overseeing scheduling, monitoring productivity and providing feedback to ensure staff are providing the best experience to customer. Also responsible in monitoring budgets, including expenses, sales and profit margins. Responsible to track and maintain inventory to ensuresupplies are availabe as needed. 1. Responsibilities -Recruit, hire, train and supervise cafe staff. -Oversee scheduling of staff members and to be able to quickly find replacement in the event of a staff member being sick or absent -Monitor budgets to ensure that the cafe remains profitable. -Monitor and maintain invetory -Work closely with customers to answer questions and listen to complaints regarding food quality and customer service before working to resolve those complaints promptly. -Listen to customer preferences and make suggestions for menu items. 2.Requirement -Diploma or Degree in any field. -At least 5 years of experience in F&B industry. -Performance driven, assertive, self-motivator, hardworking, experienced, and mature personality. -Excellent business communication skills. -Strong leadership skills and customer focused. -Must possess own transport and willing to travel. -Good coaching, analytical and managerial skills. -A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills. -Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels. -Able to work independently in fast-paced environment. -Able to multi-task and pay attention to details. Experience in restaurant management, preferably in cafe in restaurant chain. Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage operations, including kitchen management and cost control.
