Maintenance Facilities Technician

What you'll be doing Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of equipment including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance Collaborate with the facilities and operations teams to implement improvements and optimise processes Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment Assist with special projects and other duties as required What we're looking for Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Maintenance Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safety and attention to detail
