PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

1. Check attendance and deploy workers if necessary and to ensure that all machines are operational. 2. Ensure that Housekeeping is maintained. To regularly arrange for painting of machines and factory floor. 3. Monitor and ensure Safety in the plants and that the right work procedure, the company rules and regulations as well as working hours are followed by the workers. 4. Control work flow in the production floor to achieve production targets according to agreed schedules and quality standards. 5. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods are being properly recorded. 6. Perform administrative jobs such as drawing up reshuffle plan, writing accidents / company property damage reports 7. Make necessary arrangements for WIP stock take at end of each month. 8. Plan, organize and prepare all necessary documents for (quarterly) physical stock take. 9. Monitor storage areas for Finished Goods from time to time. 10. Plan production floor layout when necessary. 11. Undertake any other jobs assigned by superior(s).
