Project Site Supervisor (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and control quality of construction work in C&S.
• To supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedures.
• Ensure all works are carried out are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures and work instruction.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Perform others tasks as assigned by superior
• Management of the post construction building for defects works.
• To supervise and monitoring rectification work during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).

Qualification requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office application and auto cad.
• Preferable in high rise experiences.
• High level of initiative & able to work independently.
• Possess a positive and can-do attitude.
• Able to write and speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport.
• Candidate who can start work immediately is preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
