Process Engineer - Tebrau (Ref: AV)

Purpose of Job - To provide information on technical issue to related departments for sales activities or mass production. - To develop, improve & establish a new technology. - To keep necessary production capacity. Main Task - To assist Senior Engineer and above, in order to achieve department's policy and goals. - To get proper production condition and provide procedures. - To come up with new method of production for new products or process. - To take action on machine introduction, modification …etc. - To monitor order situation. If necessary, take action to increase machine capability and capacity. - To provide technical specifications, sample and technical data. - Involvement in cost reduction activities. - Prepare samples for customer approval. - To source & develop new or substitute material. - To carry out the evaluation on new or substitute material. - To fulfill the needs of ISO and IATF requirements. - Supervise subordinates (Assistant Engineer and below). - To establish proper machine condition for mass production. - Continual improvement related to Quality, Cost, Delivery and Services. - To conduct test-run and provide Test-Report or/and Manufacturing Standard. - Provide technical support related to any of quality issues / solutions. - Work-up on new machine or equipment investment, installation…etc. - To conduct machine modification activity. - Work to plan and implementation is done timely. - Work-up on any outstanding issues. - To participate in project management. - To introduce only environmental friendly material to manager level or other requirements. - To ensure all subordinates use environmental friendly material. - To use only authorized direct/ indirect material for environmental conformance material label. - To segregate and dispose scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements. - To carry the above task in safely and healthy's manner by following the Company's OSHMS requirements.
