• Job responsibilities: • Communicate with various departments, analyze training needs of store employees, understand training requirements and workflow, develop targeted training plans and courses to ensure practicality and relevance of training content. • Organize and conduct various training courses, provide business knowledge, skills, and service standards training for store employees. • Utilize diverse training methods such as classroom teaching, workshops, online training, etc., to enhance training effectiveness. • Evaluate training effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously improve and optimize training content and methods. • Ensure employees master training content through assessments and evaluations, and effectively apply it in their work. • Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in training or related work in the retail industry; experience in store training is preferred. • Excellent ability in training course development and implementation, outstanding communication and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, and a spirit of teamwork. • English proficiency as a working language. • Willingness to accept long-term assignments and frequent travel abroad.
