Trend Analysis & Identification
Track and Analyze Social Media Trends: Continuously monitor platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to identify trending music, video formats, and social media behaviors that can be leveraged for marketing campaigns.
Identify Emerging Influencers (KOLs/KOCs): Keep up-to-date with trending influencers and key opinion consumers who are gaining popularity and engagement. Evaluate their relevance to the brand and determine which KOLs to partner with for campaigns.
Influencer Collaboration & Management
Recruit and Manage KOLs/KOCs: Engage with influencers to promote products, ensuring alignment with the brand’s goals and target audience. Manage relationships and provide ongoing support to influencers to ensure effective campaigns.
Evaluate Influencer Impact: Assess the performance of each KOL/KOC by analyzing engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI from collaborations. Adjust strategies to focus on the most effective partnerships.
Content Strategy & Script Creation
Develop Scripts and Video Concepts: Create clear, detailed scripts for influencers to follow. This includes specifying key product features to highlight, ensuring brand consistency, and defining the tone and messaging for each video.
Direct and Oversee Content Creation: Guide influencers on how to execute the scripts, including instructions on camera angles, lighting, and sound. Ensure the content is engaging and meets quality standards.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze Video Performance: Regularly review the performance of influencer videos, using data analytics to understand why some videos succeed while others don’t. Use insights to improve future campaigns.
Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor competitor campaigns to identify successful strategies and adapt them to improve the brand's content. This involves keeping an eye on what kinds of videos or tactics are going viral in the same category.
Monthly Planning & Execution
Trend Forecasting: Prepare monthly reports on upcoming trends and recommend new campaign ideas based on what’s predicted to trend in the near future. Proactively suggest fresh concepts and collaborations.
Set Monthly Targets: Define video content targets (number of videos, engagement rates, etc.) for each product and ensure that campaigns meet or exceed these targets. Adjust strategies as needed to hit these goals.
Creative Input & Innovation
Develop Innovative Campaigns: Suggest new ways to use trending elements, such as challenges, giveaways, or unique content formats, to make the brand stand out and engage the audience effectively.
Affiliate Link Optimization: Craft creative and memorable affiliate links each month, ensuring that they align with current marketing campaigns and drive maximum click-throughs. Monitor the effectiveness of these links and make improvements.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Use Analytics Tools: Leverage data tools to track campaign performance, identify top-performing content, and refine future strategies. Regularly report on key metrics like engagement, reach, and sales generated from KOL campaigns.
Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from KOLs, consumers, and internal teams to improve content direction and influencer collaborations. Implement changes based on data and feedback.
Coordination & Collaboration
Work with Marketing & Creative Teams: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that content strategies are aligned with broader marketing goals. Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
Ensure Quality Control: Review and approve drafts from influencers before they are posted, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the brand’s tone and objectives.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer management, or a related field, ideally within a fast-paced consumer brand, digital agency, or ecommerce company.
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution, including experience negotiating contracts and managing relationships with influencers or KOLs.
- Experience in content creation and scriptwriting for social media platforms, with a portfolio or case studies of successful campaigns preferred.
2. Technical Skills
- Social Media Proficiency: Deep knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Ability to spot trends, analyze engagement data, and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Analytics Tools: Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, and social media listening tools. Experience with more advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is a plus.
- Content Creation Tools: Basic skills in content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing software, to guide influencers on brand standards and best practices.
