Engineering Executive

1) To coordinate and direct improvement activities by making detailed plan to achieve the planning goals and directing the integration of technical activities 2) Provide technical expertise or support activities related to manufacturing improvement 3) Incorporate new methods and processes to improve existing operations. 4) Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve production lines using knowledge of processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standard or product design 5) Determine root causes of failures MC problems, Quality outflow , Safety concerns, Cost Reduction, Moral improvement and recommend changes in designs, tolerances or processing methods. 6) Troubleshoots new and existing product problems involving designs, materials or processes 7) Revise or prepare documents for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures 8) Making specification, design and install manufacturing machines and equipment 9) Apply continuous improvement methods to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability or cost effectiveness 10) Evaluate manufactured product to follow specification and quality standards. 11) Design layout or equipment and workspaces to achieve maximum efficiency. 12) Design testing methods and test finished products or process capabilities to establish standards or validate process requirements. 13) Communicate with vendors, Contractors, DPEM staffs and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities and project status 14) Organize meetings with other related functions to discuss on implementation plan of improvement activities 15)Liaise with existing machine makers or potential makers for technical discussion on improvements of current machines 17) Comply with company policies, procedures, quality and environmental aspect accordingly 18) Receive and carry out directives of management from time to time.
