OPERATIONS MANAGER

• Oversee all aspects of the PCB manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring timely and efficient production schedules. • Plan, schedule and manage production to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines. • Ensure optimal utilization of plant equipment and resources to maximize efficiency. • Implement production processes that meet quality, cost and time objectives. • Evaluate and implement new production technologies and equipment upgrades. • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications. • To address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions. • Leverage real-time data analytics, AI and predictive maintenance tools to monitor production performance and preemptively address issues. • Develop dashboards to track key metrics such as yield rates, defect rates, machine efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). • Use insights from data to make informed decisions on production strategies and improvements. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other methodologies. • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas for improvement in production processes. • Implement strategies to reduce waste, improve production time and enhance product quality. • Develop and manage the operations budget, monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving initiatives. • Oversee procurement of raw materials, components and machinery in coordination with supply chain and purchasing teams. • Encourage cross-functional collaboration with R&D and engineering teams to introduce new manufacturing techniques for next-generation PCBs and PCBAs. • Work closely with engineering, sales and supply chain teams to align production capabilities with customer demand and project requirements.
