We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and assisting with various tasks to enhance productivity. Responsibilities: 1. Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems. 2. Prepare, organise, and manage all necessary documentation. 3. Generate and compile various reports as required. 4. Handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines. 5. Manage and maintain office equipment to ensure functionality. 6. Book and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments. 7. Arrange travel accommodations and manage travel itineraries. 8. Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 9. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Qualifications: 1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or higher education in Management, Administration, or a related field. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment. 3. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. 6. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
