- Responsible for day-to-day sales support function and general administrative tasks.
- Handle sales inquiry and prepare sales contract and other documents.
- Responsible to plan, organize, direct and co-ordinate customers's orders and liaise with the sales person on execution plan.
- To follow up with client / third party on the contract, submission and payment status.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Sales Team or Management.
- Actively respond to emails and phone calls on all sales enquiries, maintaining an efficient work environment.
- Ensure customer/third party submission and key into the system and all other related matters.
- To keep and manage all the relevant document properly.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely delivery.
- Liased with the Processing department to ensure smooth process for submission
- Providing data and reports to support the Sales team.
- Involve in communication & coordination between customers and Sales team.
- Update databases and customer/third party records.
- Minimum 0-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong sense of responsibility and hardworking individual.
- Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma in business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably junior entries specializing in administration or equivalent.
- Applicants must have own transport for work travels.
- Ability to work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
