BIOMEDICAL EXECUTIVE(FACILITIES)

Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the biomedical department, including staff supervision, performance evaluation, and professional development. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and improve biomedical services. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all biomedical activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Financial Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and oversee financial performance. Innovation and Development: Drive research and development initiatives to advance biomedical technologies and improve patient care. Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, researchers, and other stakeholders to foster partnerships and enhance service delivery. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the safety and effectiveness of biomedical equipment and procedures. Customer Service: Address the needs and concerns of patients, healthcare providers, and other clients. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, PhD) are often preferred. Experience: Extensive experience in biomedical management or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in financial management; in-depth knowledge of biomedical technologies and regulatory requirements; ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects.
