Lab & Site Technician (Work Location : Nilai3)

1) Assist the Lab Manager in organizing and distributing testing work to the General Technicians. 2) Ensure all test equipment and measuring tools are in working condition and their calibration status. 3) Inform Lab Manager if any equipment breakdown found. 4) Conduct testing and record data into test report while performing testing. 5) Collect test items from customer whenever required. 6) Ensure condition of the curing tank is satisfactory and cleanliness of laboratory premise at all time. 7) Ensure laboratory management, technical and quality procedures are followed at all time. 8) Report any deviation of test method or procedure when performing test. 9) Report any undue influence from customer or their representative on the test procedure and the result. 10) Maintain and service test machine/equipment/measuring tools in tip top condition. 11) Report to the Lab Manager on conditions, requirement and inventory of laboratory test machine/ equipment/tools. 12) Attend meetings and trainings (both internal and external) when directed by superior. 13) Carry out laboratory activities as required by the Managers from time to time. 14) Preferably have Personnel Qualification (Level 2) in Magnetic Particle Inspection, Liquid & Dye Penetration Testing, Ultrasonic Testing.
