Key Responsibilities • Field Installation & Setup: Oversee the installation and setup of Oracle Tools’ equipment at client sites, ensuring proper configuration and adherence to operational requirements. • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on well intervention and completion tools, addressing any technical issues to minimize downtime. • Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, assisting with troubleshooting, operational guidance, and resolving technical inquiries. • Client Training: Train client personnel on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Oracle Tools' equipment, fostering safe and effective operation. • Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all services and equipment meet Oracle Tools’ quality standards and industry safety regulations, adhering to best practices in wellsite safety. • Documentation & Reporting: Complete service reports, documenting maintenance and repair activities, client feedback, and technical observations to improve Oracle Tools’ service quality. • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to provide insights on product performance, contributing to continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction. Requirements • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service roles, specifically in well intervention or well completion. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of oilfield equipment used in well intervention and completion operations, with a focus on wireline, downhole, and pressure control tools. • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly and provide effective solutions. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to clients and team members. • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites as required, with the ability to adapt to different operational environments. Preferred Qualifications • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Petroleum, or a related field. • Previous experience working with oilfield service companies or manufacturers. • Familiarity with API standards and quality assurance practices.
