Daily Deliverables 1. Handle showroom day to day activity which includes attending to walk-in prospects/inquiries (walk-about presentation), ensuring the cleanliness of display and demo units, and maintaining orderliness of sales reception area. 2. Follow up with walk-in prospects - know prospects' needs (from asking the right questions during walk-in) and provide the necessary information to attract and convince prospects for appointment and test drive. 3. Keep in touch with existing customers by sharing latest promotion and sending out invitation for showroom events, getting their feedback on their driving experience and also requesting for referrals. 4. Attend to all scheduled roadshows, spot roadshows and company organized events, be proactive in prospecting and follow up with prospects closely post events. 5. Initiate contact with online leads, share latest promotion and set/follow up on appointment for test drive at showroom or offer a door-to-door test drive. 6. Key in bookings and payment in iOffice, follow up and update latest status for outstanding bookings. 7. Obtain loan documents from customer or remind customer to submit documents to the bank for loan application and thereafter follow up with banker for LOU. 8.Follow up for full payment from customer, compile and submit all supporting documents for Finance verification. 9.Delivery of car to customer:- - prepare delivery documents - ensure car is in good delivery condition - educate customer on his/her new car - provide customer with information on after sales services. 10.Follow up with bank on full loan disbursement.
