Your role as a Business Development Executive will focus on driving growth across our brands and expanding our market presence. Business Development Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Identify trends, insights, and market opportunities to fuel business growth. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business and marketing campaigns to expand market share. Customer Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer expert advice, and ensure high-quality service. Marketing Oversight: Oversee the optimization of content on our website, marketplace account, and social media platforms, ensuring best practices are followed. Sales Funnel Optimization: Design, track, and optimize sales funnels to achieve the highest conversion rates possible. Collaborations: Execute new and creative collaborations across various platforms and technologies. Performance Tracking: Analyze performance metrics, improve ROI, and provide regular internal reports. Digital Strategy: Manage digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising campaigns, lead generation, and improve traffic flow to websites and social platforms. Campaign Management: Work with multiple content formats such as influencers, blogs, videos, podcasts, and email marketing. Business Development Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, communications, or a similar role. Great communication skill. Strong analytical skills to track and measure digital ad performance (experience with platforms like Google Analytics is a plus). Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms like Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. Knowledge of SEO, media buying, and social media advertising. Familiarity with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a bonus. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and budgets. Problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to challenges. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and master diverse digital and marketing techniques. Dedicated team player with the ability to work independently. The Extra Details: Must be available to work after hours whenever have events. You will need reliable transportation to travel between our office and event sites if needed. (transportation allowance will be available for out-of-town travel). Passion for weddings and events is a must! Opportunity to work with multiple brands under our company. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
