Sales Marketing Executive

Requirements: -At least 1 or 2 years of experience -Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or Business Admin, etc -Fluent across a variety of social channels as an active and passionate participant -Proficient writing and communication skills -Excellent knowledge of MS Office -Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software is a plus -Fast learner and passion for sales Responsibility: -Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and email marketing, and engage in effective communication to promote products and services. -Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of the products and services, and convey this information to customers. -Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database that includes all relevant details. -Attend sales meetings and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. -Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. -Respond to incoming calls from potential customers in a timely and professional manner. -Collaborate with call floor team members to achieve sales and performance objectives. -Schedule appointments with prospective customers and provide them with relevant information and resources. -Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers.
