Maintenance Engineer

a) Monitor and coordinate maintenance of equipment and factory. b) Analyzing machine break down, implementing machine breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth factory activities. c) Maintain compliance with IMS and safety policy in accordance with company and regulatory standards. d) Interact and coordinate with external suppliers or sub-con to execute machine maintenance. e) Identify skills requirements for staff within maintenance department and develop adequate skill base for future functions. f) Trouble shoot when machine, equipment and facilities break down. g) Ensure all ISO and related procedure are carry out. h) Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
