Technician (Mechanical)

Official liaison in their specific assigned area of Production team for effective job execution. Plan and allocate subordinates to attend maintenance activities – Reactive Maintenance, Proactive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance, including TPM, 6S, Kaizen. Provide maintenance and repair services, troubleshoot, and overhaul of all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic parts and electrical / electronic system with good countermeasure being implemented. Report correctly and timely of all machine breakdown and maintenance activities performed on machines and equipment into the several channel and via SAP PM, and ensuring the closure of all notification being assigned with good countermeasure being implemented. Involve and participate directly in any plant activities involving Engineering team, including Kaizen, SHE activities, Quality activities, etc. Perform 'Lock-Out Tag-Out before/after all maintenance activities. Ensure all good practice being followed to perform any required tasks/jobs. Escalate to the superior for any assistance required. Liaise and communicate with production on machine availability once breakdown or problems have been repaired. Ensure all contractors/ vendors assigned for a specific job being attended to including performing PTW and before and after inspection/checking on site.
