Job Description : Develop Marketing Strategy * Create a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. Brand Development * Manage and enhance the company’s brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency messaging and visual elements. Develop strategies to strengthen brand recognition and perception, both online and offline. Online Marketing * Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per click (PPC) advertising. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Offline Expansion * Identify opportunities for offline expansion, such as opening physical stores, attending trade shows, or partnering with brick and motor retailers. Develop strategies to integrate online and offline marketing efforts for maximum impact. Content Creation * Oversee the creation of high-quality content for online platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, videos and graphics. Ensure that content is engaging, informative and consistent with the brand’s messaging and tone. Market Research * Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitors activities. Use insights gained to inform marketing strategies and identity opportunities for differentiation and growth. Budget Management * Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI. Monitor spending across various marketing channels and adjust budgets as needed to optimize performance and achieve strategies goals. Collaborations and Partnership * Identify potential collaboration opportunities with influencers, other brands or organizations that align with the company’s values and target audience. Negotiate partnerships and manage relationships to leverage mutual benefits and expand reach. Analytics and Reporting * Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement and ROI. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement. Team Management * If applicable, oversee a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure that goals are met and projects are executed successfully. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment to encourage innovation and growth. Networking * Engage in networking activities with media and event organizers to enhance the company’s visibility and relationships within the industry. Event Management * Coordinate with suppliers and organizers to ensure successful event planning and execution.
