Production Executive

osition: Production Executive a. Liaise with Planning Unit on production planning/scheduling. b. Monitor working hours of production workers, to meet daily work target. c. Conduct training to all production workers. d. To assist Production Manager to improve the Production Process. e. To coordinate the Production Process in order to achieve the planned work schedule. f. To ensure all machines are in good condition. g. To plan and implement necessary resource to improve the process and product capability in order to meet customers defined requirement. h. To maintain “RIGHT” Product Quality and Quantity during Production Flow. i. To understand the Production and Environment Safety Requirements. j. Continuously work to reduce operating cost by working at sources. k. To monitor and report the performance on quality, productivity and timeliness on a periodical basic to the Manufacturing Head with analysis of the source of contributing factors on the achievement/failure. l. To provide technical support and advice to department staff (Trouble shooting quality problem). m. Maintain and improve the 5S, Quality Management System & Environment Management System. n. Meet ISO requirement & assist in maintaining & upgrading ISO awareness throughout the company. o. To communicate info to department staff. p. To ensure goods produced are according to the SOP’s and product specification.
