MATERIAL MANAGEMENT (EXECUTIVE OR SENIOR EXECUTIVE)

• Assist the section head with the daily monitoring and supervision of all warehouse activities and warehouse staff. • Oversee and record material deliveries to ensure quality and quantity of commodities. • Perform random weight checks of goods received; report all shortages and/or damage. • Perform regular physical inventories of commodities in the warehouse. Maintain inventory records (e.g., MCBA, stock check cards, etc.). • Ensure the proper filing of all ISO and Management documents. • Liaise with the section head and transporters to ensure smooth movement of materials. • Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repair of facilities. • Conduct regular inspection to check for any abnormalities. • Establish official flow and procedures for section. • Plan and execute, monitor, and follow up sectional safety / env programs covering all related aspects. • Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measures. • Ensure availabilities of material as production scheduled. • Indirectly monitor member to operate with established procedures. • Perform other tasks as identified and judged necessary by section head.
