Key Responsibilities: -Create and implement comprehensive social media plans to grow brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. -Design and produce engaging content including images, videos, and copy to promote products, services, or events. - Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering positive relationships with the online community. -Execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and analyzing performance. -Monitor social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) and provide monthly reports with key insights and recommendations. -Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to keep the brand relevant. -Work with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in branding and align content with overall marketing goals. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. -Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands. -Strong knowledge of social media tools and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, WhatsApp Business etc.). -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. -Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs. -Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: -Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) are a plus. -Experience with influencer marketing or partnerships. -Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Products, Final Cut Pro). -We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
