Operations Representative

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the booking and coordination of shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery • Prepare and manage all necessary customs documentation, ensuring full compliance with local and international shipping regulations • Submit to carrier all relevant export permit and paperwork within the required time frame • Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving • Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to clients on the status of their cargo • Prepare invoice and credit each consignment per quotation or agreement • Work closely with colleagues and external partners to streamline operations and ensure high levels of service Requirements: • Minimum requirement SPM/STPM or Diploma Qualification or Higher Qualification • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (applicants with industry background will have advantage) • Familiarity with shipping documentations, and international trade regulations • Proficiency in logistics software and MS office applications • Good communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work under pressure, work independently, multi-tasking, manage time effectively, proactive problem-solving and a team player are essential • Willing to learn. A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development is a must, as the logistics industry is fast-paced and ever-changing.
