Responsibilities : 1. To Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners. 2. Discovers and explores business opportunities, either commercial or government 3. Prepare business plans, sales lead presentation, management sales related reports and documents for purpose of sales activities (include quotation, proposals, etc) 4. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations. 5. Manage, retain, and build strong rapport the existing key accounts. 6. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. 7. Basic salary is excluding additional allowance and commission. Requirements : 1. Minimum Diploma in business administration, economics, logistics or a comparable qualification. 2. Strong mathematical skills plus critical thinking. 3. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) within interdisciplinary project teams. 4. High team spirit and ability to moderate meetings/workshops with all levels. 5. Excellent in pitching skills. 6. Structured and independent working style with minimal supervision. 7. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. 8. Reliability and flexibility to work in a pioneer team.
