Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the Company’s RFP’S, from feasibility and planning stage to launch and evaluation up to award, to ensure key milestones and objectives are met. • Carry out project management for all phases of RFPs, including planning, coordinating, monitoring, risk mitigation and regular reporting to management. • Take a strong lead in managing the RFP process with members of the project team, including but not limited to ensuring proper evaluation, analysis, value enhancement to achieve necessary project objectives while in compliance with the company’s processes. • Manage the RFP process to ensure objectives and development goals are met in accordance with agreed time, budget and quality targets to be in line with the Company’s objectives. • Manage and oversee the Company’s development and building projects throughout the entire life-cycle of the project to ensure key milestones and objectives are met, with project management for all phases, including concept planning, coordinating, monitoring, engagement with stakeholders, risk assessment and mitigation and regular reporting to management. • Able to carry out development plans and concepts with feasibility planning, including but not limited to ensuring design coordination, authorities’ compliance, value enhancement, sustainability, and achieving necessary project objectives or design standards in line with the Company’. • Manage the project implementation to ensure delivery objectives and development goals are met in accordance with agreed time, budget and quality targets to be in line with the Company’s objectives. • Specific experience is also preferred on government processes, regulations, and circulars. This role involves managing property portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines, and effectively coordinating with government agencies • Have excellent communication and organisational skills to manage various large-scale projects and the diverse range of stakeholders involved in each project, from consultants to operators or authorities • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Town Planning • Ten (10) or more years of experience in property development, project management, and construction implementation • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa, problem solving capability and development planning skills • Software knowledge required: MS Office, Autocad Preferred Skills • Experience in a government-linked company or experience with significant interaction with government agencies. • Knowledge of the local property market and development trends. • Familiarity with land laws, lease agreements, and property-related legislation.
