PRODUCTION MANAGER/ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER

1. Reporting to Operation Manager. 2. Responsible for production operation matters. 3. To overview CM operation of respective production requiremants such as line productivity,efficiency, quality, yield and machines utilization. 4. To responsible for CM performance such as quality system, products quality, delivery performance, technical competency of the team, etc. 5. To initiate improvement plan based on customers' feedback, internal quality audits, line performances, etc. 6. To build good rapport with customers through feedback on products quality performance and customers' requirements, such as assisting customers in conducting performance evaluation, etc. 7.To responsible for achieving best information flow at CM Malaysia and CM Singapore. 8. To establish infrastructure for CM facilities. 9. To ensure production operations meets the company's quality policy and objectives and complies to business objectives and customers' requirements. 10. To lead and initiate improvement plan, continuous improvement plan to attain cost reduction programs for customers and to meet company's goal. 11. To identify suitable training programs for subordinates in order to enchance their skills. 12. To assist Operation Manager in cross training programs for CM Malaysia and CM Singapore for best practices knowledge transfer. 13. To promote housekeeping and safety. 14.
