Electrical Engineer/ Assistant Energy Manager

Job Scopes : • Clearly outline project goals, timeline, and resource needs. • Conduct on-site visits to examine the premises and document existing energy systems and equipment. • Compile information on existing appliances, lighting, HVAC systems, and other energy-consuming equipment. • Propose cost-effective measures to improve energy efficiency and suggest upgrades or replacements for outdated equipment. • Identify and plan for the collection of data from various sources, including utility bills, energy meters, building management systems, and equipment specifications. • Prepare report based on the energy audit conducted Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) or equivalent qualification • Minimum 2 years experiences in high rise building Energy Audits • Strong knowledge of high rise building systems • Willing to travel
