Cleaning Crew

To be directly involved in the following main areas of job responsibilities. • Cleaning, House Keeping and Maintenance • To carry out housekeeping on a regular basis to make sure that the Food Court is clean and tidy at all times. • To ensure that the equipment of the Food Court is in good condition to minimize damages or losses. • To perform other duties which may be assigned by the Department Executives or Supervisors from time to time. • To always keep food and drinks contact surfaces or areas clean and tidy at all times. • To ensure the tables and chairs are properly arranged before the opening and closing of the Food Court. • To keep work areas free from ice, water and to wipe up any spillage immediately in order to avoid accidents. • To sweep up any broken or damaged glassware or kitchen utensils immediately and discard them accordingly for the safety of all parties.
