JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for proper maintenance of accounting records, accuracy and completeness of all transactions and reports ie Invoicing, Purchase Order, Supplier’s Invoice, Customer’s Collections, Supplier’s payments, filing and others. • Able to handle full set of accounts, close monthly account and Generate financial data and reports for the management meeting. • Ensure all banking matters are diligently and duly attended, daily cash flow monitoring, cash flow projections and monthly bank reconciliation. • Accounts receivable and Credit Control function – liaising and monitoring client accounts, debtor’s reconciliation and collection functions. • Accounts payable function and monthly creditors reconciliation. • Knowledge in SST management, HR and payroll encourage to apply. • Assist in administrative matters (when required) • Prepare the Income Statement, Financial Position and relevant schedules for audit and tax purposes • Liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary and other relevant stakeholders • Budgeting and performance monitoring • Prepare management monthly report JOB REQUIREMENT: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Sri Sinar, KL • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Accounting & Finance or equivalent. Knowledge in SST management, HR and payroll encourage to apply. • Independent proactive and must be able to meet datelines. • Full-Time position(s) available.
