• Create a year-long calendar outlining timelines and execution plans. • Take the lead in reinforcing and maintaining our brand’s identity, both internally and externally. • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and touchpoints. • Craft compelling and engaging written content, including press releases, social media posts, and any form of POSM. • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and alignment with brand guidelines. • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals. • Manage and create content for various social media platforms, laisse with design agency to create visuals for content. • Prepare brief to the Creative Agency, outlining campaign objectives, target audiences, and communication mediums. • Expand the loyalty program, engaging existing members with innovative ideas and attracting new customer. • Collaborate with O’Briens nationwide licensing partners and other companies to enhance and maximize brand presence. • Increase company revenue through marketing campaigns and partnership collaborations. • Partner with strategic allies to heighten brand awareness and achieve top-of-mind recall, ultimately driving sales. • Cultivate O’Briens’ internal brand and culture through engagement with employees in the market. • Maintain constant communication with cafe managers, promoting campaign before, during and after the rollout to gather feedback and gauge their impact. • Take charge in major strategic events, campaign and roadshow. • Compile and share competitive promotions from main competitors with the team. • Collaborate with third-party customers, including merchants, suppliers, agencies, printers, and other relevant partners. • Coordinate the rollout of programs, promotions and events, ensuring IT support and backend processes are in place. • Identify cross-selling opportunities with business partners to enhance relationships and mutual benefits. • Liaise with relevant partners for market expansion programs and product enhancements. • Forecast advertising and promotions expenditure required for products/programs. • To plan and map out the advertising and promotions budget for the products/programs. • Develop and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns. • Work with creative agencies to conceptualize and produce captivating advertisements, both online and offline. • Analyze the post-campaign reports, conduct data analysis, and perform quarterly project reviews. • Ensure proper briefing of all outlets prior to the launch of campaigns or products. • Manage existing partnerships, sourve new alliances, and build relationships to ensure the continuity of programs and collaborations. • Prepare marketing materials for new café openings, promotions, etc., including standees, buntings, price tags, vouchers, etc • Pilot test and update promotions and advertisements for the CRM and loyalty program. Secondary Role • To create and update button in POS system. • Upload new promotion content to digital screen • To create design for new voucher / angpao /uniform/ food packaging/ promotional poster etc. • To assist new application for marketplace (Grabfood, Foodpanda, Shopeefood) for new café. • Liaise with accounts department on mall membership redemptions (OneCard & IOI Club) / landlord on café early closure & landlord collaborations.
