We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with various tasks to enhance productivity. Responsibilities: 1. Accurately and efficiently enter sales data into our systems. 2. Prepare, organise, and manage all necessary sales documentation. 3. Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 4. Pack orders for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other online and offline sales channels. 5. Assist in managing inventory and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy. 6. Handle walk-in customers and manage incoming and outgoing customer calls. 7. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including filing, copying, and organising documents. 8. Assist with other administrative tasks to support the sales team. Qualifications: 1. Completed or pursuing a diploma or higher education in Management, Administration, Sales, or a related field. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment. 3. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. 6. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
