Role Overview: As the Operations Manager for Road Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective operation of road charge stations. This role encompasses overseeing administrative functions, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with set policies and procedures. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational systems, leading a team, and maintaining stable processes for road charge collection and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the road charge station operations, including planning, organizing, and directing activities to ensure smooth functioning. Manage departmental administrative approvals, P&L planning, and the review and updating of essential documents. Ensure the effective management of key functions, including Road Charge Collection Services, Equipment Maintenance, and Management Information Systems. Maintain stable and uninterrupted road charge operations, ensuring compliance with all procedures related to the collection and reporting of road charges. Oversee the daily management and operational processes of the road charge system, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and timely reporting. Analyze traffic data and revenue reports to support management decision-making and to identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and cost optimization. Ensure all operations adhere to policies, procedures, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance at all times. Lead efforts to improve operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows. Take on additional tasks as assigned by senior management or immediate supervisors when required. Qualifications and Skills: A bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience managing road charge operations or similar environments. Strong knowledge of the entire road charge operations life cycle. Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and make quality decisions. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomatic skills. Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail.
