JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. End-User Support - Maintain and provide daily support for end-users, addressing issues related to PCs, printers and software to ensure smooth business operations. 2. Inventory Management - Manage hardware inventory and software licensing to ensure compliance with legal requirements. 3. Backup Processes - Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes, taking proactive measures and corrective actions for system, database and file backup. 4. Onboarding Support - Prepare resources (PC, software, email accounts, etc) for new staff and provide PC training during the onboarding process) 5. Connectivity Management - Monitor wire and wireless connectivity within and between offices to ensure uninterrupted network services. - Identify and promptly address connectivity issues, collaborating with relevant teams and service providers for quick resolution. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to new technologies and propose innovative solutions. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
