General Job Description Responsible for various aspects of operation, carries out daily trade operations which cover all stages of order processing. Also supports the service & distribution of products to clients. Operation Executive helps to resolve conflicts at the workplace and must have a good team ethics and communication skills. Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Plan work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies. 2. Carry out procedures to ensure that deployment and tracking of service meet requirements. 3. Conduct incident or crisis management plans to address issues with management of service. 4. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. 5. Investigate and report errors in trade transactions for management resolutions. 6. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. 7. Participate in key activities in all projects. 8. Plan work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies. 9. Review key objectives to determine if operations are effective. 10. Support the use of technology, electronic tools and devices. 11. Work with logistics providers on receipt, handling and storage of products. 12. Work with sales and finance department to support payment processes for sellers. Secondary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Ad hoc truck & part timer arrangement (Monday – Sunday). 2. Road tax & puspakom arrangement (receipt). 3. Improvise procedure on moving day (labelling box) 4. Cleanliness for operation site including lorry and storage room. 5. Ensure sufficient stock for packing material (Minimum 200 boxes, 45 bubble wrap, 30 shrink wrap, 1 box cellotape). 6. Packing materials arrangement & delivery (Customer & lorry). 7. Moving day customer handling (text & issue solving). 8. Morning briefing & moving planning (9am, brief & role assignation). 9. Disposal procedure (picture, time & items). 10. Produce a positive culture. 11. Work with sales & finance for payment process. 12. Assign a leader for every move. 13. Always in neat and presentable appearance
