Finance / Accounts Executive

We are looking out for multiple Finance / Accounts Executives for our project roles (either O2C / R2R / P2P / payments). Mostly WFH. Fixed Shift timing (either APAC or Europe or US) Responsibilities • Perform AP / AR / GL, P2P / O2C / R2R, Cash & Bank and FA transaction like customer allocation, bank reconciliation, journal voucher postings and FA postings • Achieve agreed upon customer service levels and performance metrics associated with Invoice Processing • Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for processing activity by following all established policies and procedures • Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to country and managers. • Preparation and forwarding all reports relating to the particular entities before the deadlines. • Identify and implement process improvements and best practice initiatives. Requirements • Accounting Knowledge, understanding of AP / AR / GL / P2P / O2C / R2R process and its various controls • Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Proficiency in ERP like SAP • Degree in Accountancy or Finance
