Job Description: This is an on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and managing overall customer service. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers. Qualifications: Fluency in Languages (Mandarin OR Cantonese) Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
