Job Summary: The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities for the organization. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Own It: • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop informed strategies. • Develop and execute business development strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Create a roadmap for achieving revenue and growth targets. • Generate leads and new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing. • Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and partners. Customize solutions to meet client needs. • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts. Ensure favourable terms and conditions for the organization. • Set and achieve revenue targets by developing and implementing sales strategies. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed. • Explore and enter new markets or geographic regions to expand the company's footprint. Develop market entry strategies and assess market potential. • Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Build Trust: • Maintain open and clear communication with all project stakeholders, including sales teams, management, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project status and performance. One Team: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives. Job Requirements: • Degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing, or any related field. • 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role in a similar industry. • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Willingness to travel. • Networking and relationship-building capabilities.
