Position Title: Promoter Supervisor Locations: Penang Brands: Pierre Cardin, Hummer & Renoma (handbags & leather products) Job description • Oversee the daily operations of all locations within the assigned area to ensure consistent and high-quality service. • Manage, train, and develop their teams to ensure high performance and product knowledge. • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently across all locations. • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. • Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize wastage. Qualifications: • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional customer service and sales abilities. • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Experience in consignment counter. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays • Must possess own transportation. • Malaysians aged between 24 to 45 years old.
